She has been trained by eminent Gurus Kathak Maestro Padma Vibhushan Late Pt. Birju Maharaja Ji & is still learning from Vidhushi Smt Saswati Sen Ji.
In the past years she was trained in Kathak by Sri Rama Prasad Chattopadhay Ji & Taal Vidya from Sri Kingshuk Mukhopadhyay Ji.She has participated in Workshops and lessons by Sri Sandip Mallick Ji & Smt Luna Pan Poddar Ji.
She has completed her degree in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti and also received Indian National Scholarship in the field of Kathak Dance.
